Rivers transit buys new Crestline vehicle for $84,000
After years with an aging 1995 Crestline, Rivers Handi-transit replaces it with a 2008 Crestline on a Ford E450 chassis funded by a $60,000 Manitoba grant and $24,000 from the transit account and taxes. The new bus seats 12 plus two wheelchairs, with enhanced heating, lighting, safety sensors, and a smoother Triton 10-cylinder motor.
