Manitoba Farm Funding Excludes Cattle Producers for Cover Crops
A Manitoba analysis argues that Ag Action Manitoba funds nearly half the province’s farms yet exclude cattle producers from cover crop subsidies. It notes potential workarounds and calls for broader access while stressing environmental goals.
