Five Municipality Plan for Southwest Manitoba
A reader advocates cutting to five municipalities in SW Manitoba centered on Brandon and three regional quadrants. Proposes ward elected councils of 8–10 with local boards for health care feeding the regional board, preserving local offices, and stressing improved services while warning of regional decay without reform. Emphasizes urgent need to engage senior governments to halt hospital, road, and service losses.
