Community Volunteer Income Tax Program Supports Low Income
Assiniboine Regional Health Authority backs a health promotion co- ordinator to run the CVITP with Canada Revenue Agency. Volunteers train to help low income individuals file tax returns enabling access to government programs. Local partners provide space and access in Souris and nearby towns.
