At 2 30 P M on a Wednesday the home of Mr and Mrs Chas Moulton Freda Lake hosted a simple wedding Rev Harold Wilding officiated Marjoria younger daughter of the Moultons wed Herbert Oscar Cook of North Dakota The bride wore white with a blue sash she was given away by her father and attended by her sister Mrs Dalton The couple will reside with the bride’s parents briefly before settling in North Dakota Best wishes are extended.

Picnic and Dance at Hillcrest Farm Net Red Cross Funds

A July 12 picnic and dance at Hillcrest Farm attracted a large afternoon crowd and a lively evening event. Proceeds totaled 116.10 for Red Cross with 55.00 by the Ladies. a lamb donation by F Woodworth was won in a raffle.
