Charity Ball Shines At Queanbeyan Hall In Late Night Celebration
Fine weather aided the Chorch of England Ball in aid of the Heclory Fond held at the Protestant Hall. About sixty attendees praised the vigilant volunteers and the elaborate decor. Mr L Theo Cooper led the stage craft with stalactite displays and elaborate electric lighting funded by the Queanbeyan Swastike Picture Co. The event featured a grand supper, artful table settings, and dancing to performances by Miss Mareditl and Mr J K Xeax, with Mr W. OG. Kuanall in charge of the ticket office.
