A meeting at the Commercial Hotel discussed show dates for 1911 March 19 and 20, subsidies, and a new pavilion. The committee instructed the secretary to collect unpaid balances, publish class notices, and prepare a show layout with a focus on upgrading grounds and a grandstand. The next committee meeting was fixed for Thursday.
