The council met at the usual hour with Mr Marshialleay presenting a petition to form Whitewood into a municipality. Honorable refused to disclose Dominion fund receipts and expenditures though members could obtain from the clerk. Dr Wilson moved a petition on a trail survey to Peace River be laid on the table. the council adjourned.
