Campaign dispatches from Munster and Saxony siege notes
Reports from Magdeburg and Brunswick detail marching Hanoverians under General Kielmarfegge toward Munster to support a siege with 78 heavy cannon on hand. News from Hanover and Strehlen, plus Patton depots, describe shifting quarters and cavalry actions as Prussian and Austrian forces clash near Parchwitz and Rugenwalde, with the Russian army retreating across the Oder and a potential decisive engagement looming amid the Wefer and Hartz operations.
