Port News reports wind conditions and naval movements as ships including the Virginia, Bettys Success, Mary, Walker, and Mary Jemima arrived or remained at Plymouth and Sheerness. The Hunter sloop returned from a cruise, with arrivals from Gibraltar, Montferrat, Guadalupe, Rotterdam, North Carolina and other ports noted along with several transport and packet vessels.
