A dense list of auction lots, sales, and public notices from a London broadside. It includes printed goods, indigo and groceries, auctions of properties and ships, employment ads, and various requests for servants and tenants. Also lists debtor notices, public house listings, and shipping stock prices and bank notes details.
Public Advertiser lists sales of Teak Chapter fern gelding from late Mr Postel stock at Blanket and Carpet Warehouse and items such as parrots a mocking bird and other animals. A road from Waltham to be trof with nine dozen eee thread worsted, a fall spaniel dog answers to a name, and a meeting of the Traftees of the Roads in and Suffex. a reward is offered for apprehending Thomas Oakey.
A notice announces items to be sold by auction or candle including a dwelling-house near Oxford Chapel and an assortment of mercery. The sale is conducted by the Committee of Lands with a leasehold on a building along Thames Street and several old structures. Henry and Bacchus Lyde, sons of Henry Lyde, have been informed of matters affecting their interests.
A historical fragment lists multiple auction items including two places for rosol and syol, a gold watch and various goods, vehicles such as Salisbury and plain chariots, two hackney coaches and five horses, stock in trade of several tradesmen, a leasehold estate, household furniture, and household goods.
