Executives named were H. S. Wallace, J. Sweder, Martin O'Reilly, James Thompson, H. Miller and C. H. Thomas. The group endorsed McMeekin, McRae, and Robt. Smith as aldermanic candidates. McRae won't run. McMeekin will accept. a deputation will urge Smith to run.
