The fund aims to £10000 to support nurses with £5 for equipment and resting needs. 73 nurses have departed. Motion to refer to the Red Cross was carried, with debate on proper channel.

Dr Vie duhnstou told Pirie Town Council that three dozen cases of large head disease were noted during the Curtoighi period with diphtheria and pulmonary tuberculosis reported. Robin, a 54 year old honorary Chester Cathedral canon and Bush Brotherhood member, was educated at Liverpool University and Leeds Clergy School. He served seven years in North Queensland from 1914, was rector at Hughenden and sub-dean of Townsville Cathedral, and became a Brisbane Cathedral canon in 190. Since 1981 he has been rector of Wood Church.
Ald Atwell praised Mr Mudge for keeping records of proceedings at Pirie Town Council. The Civil Aviation Director-General approves Pirie aerodrome landing charges for daily services. A weekly fee covers all landings. If daily planes are two or fewer, £25 per week. if more than two, higher charges apply.
