Lewia Holmes, 26, of West Brunswick, touched a live wire near a Sunshine sub station and was thrown 20 feet onto a truck. He sustained a fractured pelvis and other injuries and lies in Melbourne Hospital in critical condition.
In Melbourne during trench excavation for a new factory at Fitzroy a brick wall collapsed. Henry Roberts, 45, was killed and his fellow workers escaped serious injury.
