Allan David McConpich of Caulleld faced four counts in Caul Meld Court Wis morning for leaving lamps unlit. He claimed Constable McNamara prosecuted him out of spite. McNamara threatened him, and the promontins flawed. The charges were disclosed. PM Me. u'Callaghan said the information appeared to be laid through spite.

Most Rev Dr Clune Catholic Archbishop of Perth, age 70, has been invalid for over a year and is seriously ill. Doctors hold little hope for recovery.
