Two Inquests Next Week

On Wednesday next Mr. F Dave coroner will conduct two enquiries into recent fatal accidents. They concern Roy Cult Penney 56 of The Terrace who died in a rail traffic accident at the Smelter’s end of Ellen Street on April 28 and Dougise Roy Scarman 19 of Balmoral Road who died on April 27 two days after a motorcycle crash on Warnertown Road.

Unlawful possession proved in Pirie court

Pirie West waterside worker William Stevens was found guilty of unlawful possession of three tins of herrings three tins of sardines and 101 glass cutters.
