Sydney reports say the government will attach almost all New South Wales revenue to cover interest payments of about £200,000. Canberra cabinet discussed the plan while the prime minister met with the opposition leader. Railway and tramway revenue are expected to be affected last, unemployment tax seen as a final option to end the crisis.
