Tragic lorry crash near Tweedvale injures many
A motor lorry driven by Harold O Plummer of Lenswood plunged over an embankment near Tweedvale Adelaide yesterday killing a one year old girl Joan Plummer and injuring several others including Preller Lucy Plummer and Mrs Lendersie in Tweedvale Hospital. The accident raised speed to five miles an hour on approach to Dearmans bend. Baby belonging to Mr and Mrs Fenates escaped injury. Authorities report injuries are serious but the condition of the injured was satisfactory last night.
