A shop and cloak room at the front of Stark's Hall in Solomontown burned early yesterday. Fire Brigade arrived after a late call, saving the main hall while nearby timber and root timber suffered. The blaze, seen from the station, caused several minor explosions as bottles and glass burst. Cause undetermined, coroner to review.
