Labor figures Messrs Baddeley and Murray arrived in Broken Hill by express on Friday morning. Baddeley, ex-general president of the Workers' Industrial Union of Australia, declined political aims, stating his mission was not political though inquiring about the Levy on members and the Maitland coalfield position.
