East West Line Town Delaged by Floods
Five inches of rain fell in two hours flooding the town to 18 inches depth and delaying transcontinental trains on the East West line. A large dust presaged by a cloud gave way to a deluge. Floodwaters formed a lake half a mile wide and six feet deep near the town while repairs to the line are expected to take several days as gangers began work last night.

Four Cases Adjourned In Pirie Court
