Mrs W Coffey, aged 50, died after a brief illness at Pirie West hospital. Born in Broken Hill to Mr and Mrs Charles Hrawentin, she lived in Port Adelaide, Newcastle and Pirie. A devoted wife and mother, she was active in Sunday school and Hebeecca Lodge work, and she enjoyed painting. Survived by her husband and two sons Charles and Runsld, the family will grieve at their home while funeral arrangements were pending.
