A utility vehicle driven by Robert Le Goodwit of Warnertown road Solomontown overturned after a collision with a car driven by Evelyn E. Perry of Patterson street Pirle near the Main and Three Chain roads intersection Solomontown around 1 pm yesterday. No injuries were reported though both vehicles sustained heavy damage.

In Pirie Court of Sam rat Jurisdiction, Ernest Frank Hyare of Jellicoe Street Sulumontown had a charge of riding a motor cycle without due care and attention dismissed. Evidence described a tractor, stationary truck, and a cyclist crash on Wandearah road November 25, with no conviction given after defense argument citing a sudden emergency. Public witness accounts noted the cyclist swerved, struck an offside bumper, and sustained injuries while the tractor and utility were involved.
Aubrey Stone, described as a former traveler from Pirie, faced charges in Adelaide for cashing a £72 cheque misused to order 12 rolls of wire netting.
