In Adelaide Westnesday the Hyland case concluded in Wee Givi Court this afternoon. Mr Justice Poole summed up adversely to Hyland. The jury found that allegations against Ruby Carver Miss MaMlall and an unknown woman in 107 were proved against Hyland. The petition was granted a judicial separation. Costs allegations and custody of children referred to Chambers.
In Melbourne on Wednesday the probate duty payment to the estate of Inte Thi Males was prepared for filing as part of the ongoing legal action concerning the estate.
London dispatch says reports of a revolution in Portugal are unfounded. Cabinet members have signed a decree for dissolution of parliament. General elections will be held on January 8.
