Adelaide reports ongoing unrest near the State Bank construction on Pirle street. An employee was kicked on King William street while commuting. Uniformed and plainclothes police held back a tense crowd as workers gathered from various locations, threatening a clash.
A collision between an express train to Girardul and a freight train at Magdalene River caused ten deaths and twenty injuries. Two first class coaches were thrown into the river in the accident.
