Semaphore Fatality After Collision Near Convalescent Home
A Saturday evening wreck near the Convalescent Home in Semaphore ended with the death of a young man identified as Herbert ars of a ridin. The sulky shaft penetrated his body causing fatal injuries. Mrs Eliza Bastian of Pletcher Road Larix Bay drove the other vehicle. Dr Lucas Benham attended. pelvis fracture and acute hemorrhage noted. Coroner notified but no inquest deemed necessary.
