At Port Adelaide Police Court Ernest Muldoon an railway stable yard employee faced larceny charges over a pollard bag and two wheat sacks taken from Verco Bros Ltd on April 26. Evidence tied Muldoon to selling the goods via a man named Erm and to later transport through the railway yards to a timber mill. a detective kept him under scrutiny as witnesses described the alleged scheme and the court imposed two months imprisonment after mitigation and appeal steps.
