Risca tanker limps into San Pedro for repairs after propeller loss
The Norwegian tanker Risca long overdue from Adelaide arrived at San Pedro harbor on May after losing its propeller blades early in the voyage. Captain Warholm said the malfunction caused a delay and a repair plan is set at port. The Bisca had departed Adelaide in March.
