Survived by widow three sons Alan Donald Herbert and two daughters Mrs H Thomas and Janet Turnbull.

Assault on a Steamer Engineer at Port Adelaide Court
William Wade, a Wandana fireman, faced Port Adelside Police Court on remand from March 15. Unlicensed motor bus driver appears at Port Adelaide Court

Fractured pelvis after horse slips at Largs North
At 8 30 am Saturday Henry Reid a 65 year old single man riding a sulky on R Road near Outer Harbor Largs North had a horse slip and fall. He was brought to Largs Police Station by Constable M Galvin and, though not initially visibly injured, later required hospital care. Dr K Bollen treated him at home before transfer to Adelaide Hospital for a double pelvic fracture.

Port Adelaide Bus Seizure Over Licensed Vehicle Fine
