Consumers advised that all stores and chemists sell the Original Medicine and to avoid clearly inferior imitations. The warning stresses purchase from reputable outlets and warns against accepting dupes or imitations.
The Port Adelaide council met last night with Mayor John Sweeney and Aldermen among others. The meeting covered a £30 per year arrangement with the Tramways Trust to clear rubbish from a line, a Metropolitan Abattoirs Board report on government interference and revenue loss, and questions about government meat imports for local use. Other items included street repairs, sweeping totals, a semaphore society request, and a request for ferry service and municipal notices.
