Revival of Lancaster County Palatine Jurisdiction Ordinance
An historic ordinance revives and continues the jurisdiction of the County Palatine of Lancaster. It restores privileges, writs, pleas, and processes, and authorizes commissioners to oversee the seal and affairs, marking full force from October last. It names Matthew Hales and Windham Sageant at Law as officials to execute matters, with Thomas Fell as commissioner for the sal of the county palatine.
