Mr J H MacCullough of Calgary Butter Separator Co and Mr H M McNeill demonstrated a new butter making machine in Penticton on a Saturday. Three gallons of sweet milk produced 1 1 2 pounds of fine butter in twelve minutes. The machine can turn sour milk into butter in eight minutes and sour cream in two minutes and cleans itself with hot water. Eight thousand machines have been sold in six months and Penticton Hardware Co has exclusive regional sales.
