In Sydney Supreme Court Chief Justice heard a case where John R. Strahorn sued A H Thompson for £100 damages over alleged misrepresentation about New York Life child policies. Strahorn says Thompson promised a refund with 3 percent interest under a child policy table, which the company allegedly did not provide. Thompson denied the alleged representations and any special table. The outcome remains to be determined.
