In Nyngan Small Debts Court on the 27th ultime Judge Treatt presiding, G. O. Shaw sued Ernest D. Jones for 30 pounds claiming five years five percent commission on a tenancy let by Shaw’s Nyngan agency at 120 pounds per year.
