Auction plans and band decision at Caumittos meeting
A Caumittos of the bore gathering at Commercial Motel discussed an auction for privileges on show day, appointing a subcommittee for sideshows and fees, and debated funding the band with Mr Bridle and Mr Whitmill supporting engagement while Mr Hocking opposed. The vote favored offering the band up to £2108 with ongoing financial arrangements to be settled by the Grounds Committee and Gibwon.
