The 1968 Polara and Monaco lines offer twelve Polara models and thirteen Monaco models with two and four door sedans tops, convertibles and wagons. New grilles delta taillights bumper designs give a low wide look and full width rear lighting for Monaco. Safety upgrades include side marker lights padded instrument panel and energy absorbing components. Station wagons get a redesigned wiper and washer system for power tailgate windows.
