Rezoning Affects Highway Land and Local Development
The council discussed the Fischer Gordor land amid highway route uncertainty for Number 10. The town will acquire land for the highway and access roads, raising taxpayer costs if involved. Additional route details are expected in about eight weeks. A rezoning from R2 to R3 at St Antoine and Seventh for a four plex was approved. The Charlebois Centre was rezoned to be converted into suites.
