Town Council approves 104 Trager Drive variation for front yard
Town Council seated as Variation Board approved Virgil Lopinski's request to build at 104 Trager Drive with a 28 ft front yard after a two foot overhang reduced the measured setback. The vote was unanimous though Don Manych questioned past fairness and contractor awareness. The meeting also approved a land transfer to The Pas and District Credit Union and a $123,429.35 payment to Maple Leaf Construction for paving.
