Court gives Lowe a second chance

Tom Guy Lowe of The Pas was found guilty of breach of probation by Judge W. Martin in Provincial Judges Court after prior three year supervised probation for three counts of break and enter and theft. He must pay $2100 restitution. he will live and work in The Pas under probation and resume payments of $50 monthly to Scott National Northgate Motors and Vulcan Machinery.
