Town Council approves multiple variances and notices payments
The council met November 2 with Mayor McBride presiding. Variations approved include Nor Plains Development 165 Trager Drive front yard 28.15 feet, CN hostel Bignell Avenue side yard 4.6 feet, and Dale M. Lutes 310 Patrick Avenue with 4.2 and 2.1 feet side yards and 14 foot front yard. Premachuk opposed all variances. ByLaws transferred lands to Ouellette and Engen. Payments authorized to Noveana Concrete and for accounts, payrolls, and welfare. Small claims action authorized against D Kaizer. Premachuk abstained. Downtown Mall exit signage approved.
