The Pas Town Council last Wednesday rejected a request by Keystone Fisheries to allow the The Pas Fire Department to answer fire calls at the government dock on the Saskatchewan River east of Town. The dock lies outside town limits within Consol and outside the council’s policy. The decision preserves the rule that fire services operate only within Town limits.
