Fifty four officers and men of 408 Squadron Canada conduct Northern Mush a five day field exercise at The Pas airport to test a self contained tactical support and area reconnaissance drone unit. Forward air controllers trained while pilots scramble T33 jets for ground targets under close air controller direction.
Sir Henry Lintott KCMG will tour Manitoba from 9 to 14 June visiting Winnipeg Wasagaming Swan River The Pas Thompson Gillam and Flin Flon. He will meet officials in The Pas and attend a Voyageur Canoe Pageant barbecue hosted by The Pas Rotary Club and speak as guest. He then continues to Flin Flon.
