Hydro crews upgrade Manitoba power line to 66 KV
Manitoba Hydro workers replace insulators along Highway 10 north of The Pas as the utility raises transmission voltage from 12 000 to 66 000 volts. The work aims to improve reliability though storms and fallen trees may still cause outages.
