Devon Park rink land talks stall over caveat and costs
The Pas council eyed 5.9 acres purchased in 1967 with options on about ten acres from Edmonton for a Devon Park rink linked to by law funds. Church officials and a local committee debated caveat lifting, survey issues, and funding, with bids received and a plan to shelve the project for two to three years amid rising costs and unsettled ownership.
