Kelsey School Board Sets Meetings and Finances

The Kelsey School Board met January 10 with Chairman Harry Harapiak presiding. They postponed a MAST cost study meeting to January 20 and plan another regular meeting January 24. The division will bank with Toronto Dominion and borrow up to 4.564 million under By-law 1 1977.

Man get GED tests set for February across Manitoba centres

The next GED tests for high school equivalency occur February 11 and 12 at Winnipeg sites including Miles Macdonell and Red River Community College plus Brandon Thompson and other communities. Applicants must be 19 or older, out of school a year, Manitoba resident six months, with a four dollar fee for all five tests and extra for rewrites.
