Eight nurses from Winnipeg General Hospital joined Bud and Joyce Colgan at the Trappers' Festival. Their daughter Judy, also training as a nurse, accompanied them. The group toured St. Anthony's Hospital before returning to Winnipeg, meeting Sisters Begin Lapalme Langlais Trudell and Mrs. Brownlee.
