Legion Branch Awards 1600 In Scholarships And Community Grants
The Pas Legion Hall hosted a ceremony where $1600 in checks was distributed to four community groups and a $600 bursary fund was announced for a grade 12 student pursuing nursing. Legion president Jack Heard presented funds to The Pas groups and named committee heads to award the nursing bursary.
