Mr. Sinclair received a commemorative plaque from Chief Conservationer Ed Johannesson after 26 years with Manitoba agencies. Starting in 1946 at Cross Lake, he helped with Registered Traplines and later served as Fire Ranger and Trapline Officer until retiring in 1971.

Town to raise ambulance subsidy to three thousand dollars

Female Athlete Trophy Donated by London Benefactor

Arena To Close April 16th For Season End

Alternate Locations Named for The Pas Industrial Park
Town Manager Walter Lengerke outlined two alternate sites for a light industrial park in The Pas at the last council meeting. Town Signs Two Year CUPE Pact 1972 73
Town Council and CUPE Local 745 have signed a two year collective bargaining agreement for 1972 73. Mayor Jack Kennedy and Tony Moule joined CUPE officials Jim Podbiski and John Szmadyla at the regular meeting as Council Finance Chairman outlined the milestone agreement. Negotiations began early in the year with Stan Reid retained to assist in the process.
