National School System outlined by Brotherhood meeting
A plan for a centralized provincial educational commission is proposed. The six voting bodies include University staff, Vocational college staffs, High School staffs, Public School staffs, City and Town councils, and Rural municipality councils. The commissions would operate under three committees and supervise finances and building. The proposal also covers inspectorates, school attendance enforcement, and a separate budget to be raised by the province.
