Submarine Deutschland Said Captured in Plymouth Harbor
Baltimore reports that merchant submarine Deutschland was captured and seen in Plymouth Harbor with 186 other German submarines. William Palmer, second engineer aboard the Mongolia, claims the British captured 400 submarines, 187 in Plymouth chained in a network of chains to bodies and wharves. Captain Koenig and crew are in English jail. The Mongolia left Plymouth January 27 and arrived New York February 7.
